End User Terms

These End User Terms ("Terms") — which also serve as the End User License Agreement (EULA) for Presentable — govern your individual use of Presentable, developed and provided by Alva AI ApS, Danish company registration no. (CVR) 45 57 35 08 ("Alva AI," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating a user account and accepting these Terms, you enter into a binding agreement with Alva AI.
If you access the Service through an account linked to a subscription purchased by your employer or another organization (the "Customer"), your use is also governed by the Subscription Terms agreement between the Customer and Alva AI.
1. About the Service
1.1 Presentable is an AI-powered add-in for Microsoft PowerPoint that helps you create, edit, and improve presentations through natural-language conversation (the "Service").
1.2 The Service uses AI models provided by third-party AI providers to generate responses based on your prompts and slide content. The current provider and default model are listed at presentable.so/subprocessors.
1.3 Microsoft, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365 are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. Alva AI and Presentable are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft.
2. Right of Use
2.1 You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to use the Service through a personal user account. The account must not be shared with others.
2.2 You may use the Service for lawful business purposes within the scope of these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy (available at presentable.so/aup), and — if you access the Service through a Customer account — the agreement the Customer has entered into with Alva AI.
3. Your Content
3.1 You retain all rights to the content you provide to the Service ("Inputs") and the AI-generated material the Service produces at your request ("Outputs").
3.2 You are responsible for ensuring that your Inputs do not infringe third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or data protection rights, and that you have obtained the necessary consents where required.
3.3 Alva AI does not train AI models on your Inputs or Outputs. Our AI providers are contractually committed not to use API data to train models.
3.4 Your conversation threads are stored on Alva AI's servers for as long as your account is active, so you can return to previous conversations. You can delete individual threads at any time via the Service's settings or by contacting support@presentable.so. Deleting your account deletes your threads.
4. AI Output — Responsibility and Verification
4.1 AI-generated material may contain errors, inaccuracies, outdated information, or material that may infringe third-party rights. Outputs do not constitute professional advice.
4.2 You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving any Output before it is used, shared, or published.
4.3 If you receive an Output that you consider harmful, misleading, infringing, or contrary to the Acceptable Use Policy, you may report it to support@presentable.so or through any reporting feature available in the Service. We review reports within a reasonable time.
5. Acceptable Use
5.1 You must not use the Service for:
- Unlawful, harmful, misleading, defamatory, or harassing purposes
- Generating deepfakes or material that misleads as to identity, origin, or authenticity
- Infringing third parties' intellectual property rights, privacy, or personal data
- Generating sexually explicit, violent, or discriminatory content
- Attempting to circumvent security, access, or login mechanisms in the Service
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive model weights or source code
- Use that exceeds reasonable usage limits or degrades the Service's performance for other users
5.2 The full Acceptable Use Policy is available at presentable.so/aup and forms an integral part of these Terms.
6. User Account
6.1 You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify support@presentable.so immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
6.2 If you access the Service through a Customer account, your access may end if the Customer's subscription expires or is terminated. Alva AI is not liable to you as an individual for the consequences of such termination.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Alva AI owns all rights to the Service, including source code, design, documentation, model orchestration, prompts, and templates. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you beyond the limited right of use set out in Section 2.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
8.1 The Service is provided "as is." Alva AI does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that Outputs will be accurate or fit for any particular purpose.
8.2 Alva AI is not liable to you as an individual user for indirect loss or consequential damages, including loss of business, lost savings, lost profits, or loss of data.
8.3 If you access the Service through a Customer account, liability between Alva AI and the Customer is governed by the Subscription Terms.
9. Termination
9.1 You may delete your account at any time via the Service's settings or by contacting support@presentable.so. Upon deletion, your right to use the Service ceases.
9.2 Alva AI may suspend or terminate your access with immediate effect if you materially breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
10. Changes
10.1 Alva AI may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in the Service at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of them.
11. Personal Data
11.1 The processing of your personal data as an individual user is described in Alva AI's Privacy Policy, available at presentable.so/privacy.
11.2 If you access the Service through a Customer account, the Customer is the data controller for the personal data contained in conversation threads and Inputs. Data subject requests should be directed to the Customer's data contact or — if not known — to privacy@presentable.so, and we will pass them on.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
12.1 These Terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes shall first be sought resolved through negotiation and shall otherwise be brought before the City Court of Aarhus (Aarhus Byret) as court of first instance, unless mandatory applicable law entitles you to bring proceedings in another forum.
